Nagabaji Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the nagabaji platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on nagabaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out here.

Account Registration

Deposits and Payments

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from nagabaji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified accounts.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on nagabaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every card deal, spin, and game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party — including nagabaji itself.

Account Suspension and Closure

Nagabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspicious account activity that triggers our fraud detection systems.
  • A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via the contact details on file. Any real money balance remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed and, where no fraud or breach is confirmed, returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure due to a Terms breach.

You may close your own nagabaji account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
